Fibre for the flat, a line for everyone. Sorted
Fibre and mobile for people making Barcelona home, who would rather not deal with a Spanish telco. Here for two years or for seven: one account for the whole household, and someone who answers in your language at 3 a.m.
For most of our customers Barcelona isn’t a stop on the way: it’s where the flat is, where the job is, where the school run happens. The service is built for that first.

Households
One account. Every line in the house.
Partner, kids, flatmates, the work phone: each line gets its own number and its own contract, and you get one place to see them all. Adding the second one takes less time than reading this.
There is no family plan and no bulk discount — every line is priced the same as the first, from €14.90/mo. What you save is the paperwork.
Add a line in two taps. Your details, your ID and your card are already on file — you only sign the new contract.
One card pays for all of it. Every invoice from every line sits in the same list, as a PDF.
Someone moves out? Cancel that line on its own. There is no lock-in on mobile.
Moved flat? Change the address once and your lines follow.
Pick a plan. Snap your ID. Done. Back to the boxes.
No branch visits, no NIE on day one, no queue tickets, no Spanish forms. Two minutes from your phone — for the first line and for every one after it.
We check your ID and switch you on, usually the same working day. Then the 24/7 desk has your back.

Short stay? Still welcome
Here for a semester, not a decade.
Erasmus, an exchange term, a few months of working from somewhere warmer: mobile has no lock-in, so you can start in September and stop in June without explaining yourself. Every plan carries the travel eSIM — up to 30 days a year — and the same 24/7 help in your language.
Mobile works across Barcelona and the metro area on 5G where available. Fibre depends on your building, so we check the address first.
Not sure about your street? Start the sign-up: we check the address before you pay, and the engineer speaks English when they come.

Straight answers
The questions everyone asks.
Can I have several lines on one account?
Yes, and that is the point. Fibre for the flat plus a line for everyone in it, all under one account, one card and one list of invoices — each line keeps its own number and its own contract. After the first one we already have your ID and your card on file, so adding the next takes two taps and a signature. There is no family plan and no bulk discount: every line costs the same as the first.
I’m here on a two-year posting. Am I tied in?
No. There is no lock-in on any plan, so if your company moves you again you simply cancel. The only two charges are written in the contract: €60 if you cancel fibre within the first 12 months (it covers the installation), and €60 if the router isn’t back with us within 20 working days.
What happens with the fibre installation?
We check coverage at your address before anything is signed, so you never pay for a line that can’t be installed. Router and installation are included, and the engineer visit is arranged in English — you don’t have to find someone to translate on the day.
Do I need a NIE?
No. A passport or an EU ID card is enough to sign up — Spanish law asks us to check your identity, not your residency status. If you get a NIE later, you can add it from your account.
Can I keep my number?
If it’s a Spanish number, yes: tick the box when you sign up and we handle the porting — for one line or for all of them. A number from abroad can’t be moved to a Spanish line, but the travel eSIM means you rarely need two phones.
Is there a lock-in?
No lock-in on any plan. Mobile: leave whenever you like. Fibre and fibre + mobile packs: also no lock-in, with two honest exceptions written in the contract — if you cancel within the first 12 months there’s a €60 early-exit fee that covers the installation, and the router has to come back within 20 working days or we charge €60 for it.
How does the travel eSIM work?
Every plan includes a separate travel eSIM for up to 30 days a year. Christmas at your parents’, a work trip, a week somewhere with no Wi‑Fi: ask for it from your account, switch it on when you land, and your Spanish line stays exactly as it is.
What does “24/7 incident desk” mean?
If something stops working — no signal, no fibre, a bill that looks wrong — you open a ticket from your account at any hour and someone starts working on it. Around the clock, including Sunday at 3 a.m.
Which languages do you support?
Online support in more than 30 languages, by ticket and email. This website is available in all of them, Spanish and Catalan included — pick yours at the top of the page. Your contract and your invoices are in English. Write to us in your own language and we answer in it.
Why aren’t you the cheapest?
Not the cheapest in town, on purpose: the price includes the service. You’re paying for support in your language, a desk that answers at night, a travel eSIM you’d otherwise buy separately, and a sign-up with zero Spanish paperwork. If all you want is the lowest number, other SIMs exist — and so does the queue to get them.
